Amy Probst, professional writer, trainer, actor, and motivator is bringing the authorized Lynda Barry writing workshop Writing the Unthinkable to the Detroit Public Library!
This is an intense, four-hour class where you will be writing, reading, and sharing - but - ONLY IF YOU WANT TO! You can also attend and remain anonymous throughout the class if you prefer.
Lynda Barry’s original description says it all; “You do not have to be a Writer to be a part of it! This class works especially well for non-writers like bartenders, janitors, office workers, hairdressers, musicians, and ANYONE who has given up on “being a writer’ but still wonders what it might be like to write.”
Bring a notebook and pens or pencils.
NO LATECOMERS! Arrive on time! Space is limited! RSVP today!
FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. (Adults)
Parking is available in the staff parking lot on Putnam St. Entrance to the Library is through either the Woodward or Cass Ave. doors. Accessible parking is available in the circular drive on Cass Ave.
