Glenn Murray is the founder of 220 Communications, parent company to 220 Publishing and Food Wine and Spirits Ventures. He has held strategic positions in the top U.S. companies including General Electric, Leo Burnett, and Discover started as an events company 220 Communications expanded to include divisions publishing, experiential marketing, consulting and music distribution. 220 Publishing has produced over 50 titles under the 220 Publishing imprint in its 9 years of existence as well as several titles under its private label publishing program.
Mr. Murray has created promotional campaigns for the arts, film, music, and culinary events. He led viral social media campaigns that have generated over 1 Million impressions. Over the years, 220 Communications' marketing has expanded to include promotions and partnerships in Chicago, Detroit, Memphis, Dallas, Atlanta, and Milwaukee. Rochester Hills Public Library Seeks Authors for First Author Fair
(ROCHESTER HILLS- July 8, 2019) Rochester Hills Public Library has partnered with Rochester’s Writers to host its first author’s fair on Shop Small Saturday, November 30. Authors of all genres are being encouraged to apply for a space by July 25.
“This is a unique opportunity to highlight talented Michigan authors while participating in Shop Small Saturday,” said Amanda H. Keighley with the Rochester Hills Public Library. “We would like to offer a wide variety of genres and experiences at the event.”
"Rochester Writers is pleased to collaborate with the Rochester Hills Public Library to bring local authors together. This event will be a wonderful chance for readers and writers to meet each other. We encourage published authors of the community to apply to be a part of this inaugural book sale," said Michael Dwyer, founder of Rochester Writers.
Rochester Hills Public Library is currently recruiting authors for the event. If you or someone you know is interested in participating please apply by July 25 at rhpl.org, under “Use the Library”, “Special Events Information”.
Additional event details will be announced once authors are selected.
