Teen Holiday Hygiene Drive Help local teens in need. Bring toiletries such as shampoo, deodorant, and acne cream to the library for donation to Faith in Action or Ozone House. A table will be set up in the lobby and donations can be made December 5-January 5. |
Book Delivery Service Can't come to the library? Let the library come to you! If you have trouble getting to the library because of permanent or temporary illness or disability, you can have books delivered to your home using the library's Book Delivery Service. Any library district resident who is unable to visit the library due to permanent or temporary disability or illness can sign up for this free service. Materials available for delivery: - Books, excluding new books, but including large print and paperback

Call us at (734) 475-8732 and ask for an adult services librarian. We'll help you complete a registration form that asks about particular materials you would like delivered. BYOB: Bring Your Own Bag
Remember to bring your own reusable bag to the library. To save money and to reduce the use of plastic, we have stopped providing plastic bags.
If you forget to bring a bag, the Friends of Chelsea District Library have eco-friendly bags for sale. Purchase one bag for $9 or two bags for $15, available at the Check Out Desk.
