See teens celebrating Teen Read Week by reading today to benefit Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes! Snacks, prizes, game breaks, lunch provided. Grades 5-12. Visiting the library today? Come cheer them on!
Weinermobile
Oct 25, 2:30-4:30 pm, Washington Square
Visit the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile after Family Storytime! A Hotdogger (Wiernermobile driver) will give away "Weiner whistles" and color sheets for kids.
GLAMA Slow Jam
Nov 1, 7-8:30 pm, Central
Does your guitar, fiddle, or mandolin never leave home? Want to make music with others but think you can't keep up? If you can play basic chords, you can join us in slow jam, or just come enjoy the music!
Holly Black and Robin Wasserman
Nov 4, 8:30 am-4 pm, Fetzer Center, WMU
How do teens approach reading? Why do they devour dark literature? Featured speakers Holly Black and Robin Wasserman will explore these issues together. Register online or 553-7807. $40 fee includes lunch.
