Heather Ann Schmidt is an adjunct professor at Oakland Community College and teaches creative writing at the Pontiac Creative Arts Center. She edits tinfoildresses, a poetry journal. Her poems can be found in various online and print journals. Heather's books include Njaa, Channeling Isadora Duncan, The Bat's Lovesong: American Haiku and The Owl & the Muse: Collected Tanka.
