LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR A NIGHT FILLED WITH SOME OF THE HOTTEST POETRY IN THE CITY!!!!
Come on out and witness some of the best poets rip the stage as, The Detroit Slam Team presents an evening of amazing mastery of the English language. Featuring the poetic stylings of DIMONIQUE BOYD, POETIC BREE, and JEFF NELSON!!! And of course your very own 2011 DETROIT POETRY SLAM TEAM consisting of Grand Slam Champion T. mILLER, OMARI KING WISE, DEONTE OSAYANDE, GABE_DA_POET, and UNTITLED WILL BE BLAZING THE STAGE!!! Doors open at 7:30pm, and admission is $10. COME OUT AND HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH US, WHILE SUPPORTING THE SLAM TEAM IN THEIR ENDEAVORS TO MAKE IT TO NATIONALS!!! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!!!! |
