Siren Songs: My Voice: How I Found My Truth!

Prelude to the Release of Siren Songs!

When you can find your own voice and understand what power lies in that ownership of who you are then you have become a Siren. In Greek Myths, sirens were either winged creatures or lived in the sea. The voice of the Siren was seductive and hypnotic. Please join me for a night of enchantment as I explore various myths, archetypes, and femlore! There is a Siren inside us all and now let us celebrate the power of our voice and reclaim our authority, communities, and lives one song at a time!

Featuring Detroit Sirens
We are pleased to Detroit Mother of Open Mic and Slam Poetry, Aurora Harris! She will be reading poems from her new collection of poetry, Solitude of Five Black Suns.
