I realized at an early age that I enjoyed cooking but little did I know this enjoyment would evolve into my dream. Everyone should have a dream. You should incorporate your dream into the fabric of your daily life. The formula or recipe will change (based on the individual) but the ingredients will remain the same. If you don't HAVE ONE then GET ONE! It will be one of the best things you can do for yourself. | | | | |  Keith Denard Jones, the chef with the big personality feeds all the senses while sharing twenty five plus years of culinary artistry and chef's secrets through his live presentations and T.V. show, "Eatertainment!" Jones also is a published author with the title, "COOKING UP YOUR DREAMS" and owner of Chef's Secrets, which is a culinary consulting company in Denver, Colorado. He also serves as the executive chef for Mountain High Appliance company and he supports the marketing efforts of leading manufacturers in the culinary industry (e.g. Electrolux, Wolf, Gaggenau, SubZero, Viking, Miele and Dacor).
Originally from Detroit, Michigan Jones studied under Certified Master Chef Edward Janos for over eight years, learning classical French cuisine and techniques. Jones was certified as an Executive chef in 1999 and has served at several noted establishments since winning medals, awards and reviews along the way!
