KDL eBooks Compatible with Kindle

It's the news you have been waiting for! We are pleased to announce that KDL's eBook collection is now compatible with the Amazon Kindle! You can now browse and download free library eBooks from KDL to a Kindle eReader or any device running the free Kindle app.

Users who enjoy eBooks on Kindle will benefit from Amazon's Whispersync technology that synchronizes notes, highlights and last page read between their Kindle and free Kindle apps.

KDL also offers eBooks and eAudiobooks for use on PC or Mac computers and popular mobile devices such as smartphones, MP3 players and eBook readers like the Barnes & Noble Nook and Sony Reader.

Personalized Picks

If you aren't sure what to check out next, we can help! Personalized Picks, KDL's online recommendation service, has recently expanded to include music and movies, as well as books. Using an online form, tell us what you like to read, watch or listen to and one of our great materials advisory staff will use that information to create a list of book, movie or music recommendations just for you. The list will be emailed to you within a few days and will include links to our online catalog so you can place a hold or find the item's location.
