Teens, You Asked for It... The Library, in partnership with the Novi Community School District, Novi Youth Assistance, and Novi Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Services, created a space just for you! Meet in the Library's West Meeting Room most Mondays-Thursdays from 2-5pm to hang out, do homework, visit with your friends, and unwind from your school day. For grades 7-12. |
ESL Book Discussion Group For the past year the Novi Public Library has been conducting an English as a Second Language (ESL) Book Discussion Group. Headed by Susan Marshall, who has been teaching ESL for over 20 years, this group gives participants a chance to read, discuss, and experience one book during an 8-week session. Register now for the fall session starting the first week of October with a daytime group meeting on Tuesdays at 11:30am and an evening group meeting on Thursdays at 7pm. |

New Collection In honor of our local talent, the Library is happy to introduce our new Novi Author/Artist Collection, featuring works from authors/artists currently living in or originally from Novi. The collection will be housed on the shelves behind the Druschel Collection on the second floor. |

Business Resource Center Opens Mayor Gatt, Board Trustee Verma, and many others celebrated the Grand Opening of the Library's Business Resource Center (BRC) on September 25. The BRC is located on the second floor and is the"one-stop-shop" for business information. |

SCORE Business Mentoring Grow your business or start one with free one-to-one business counseling with executives from SCORE. Starting in October, there are Thursday sessions at 6:30 and 7:30pm and Saturday sessions at 10:30 and 11:30am. Learn more. |
A Day in Detroit Join Kathy Crawford and Margi Karp-Opperer as they continue " On the Road" on November 2 to enjoy a docent presentation and tour of the DIA's Faberge special exhibit, motor coach tour of Detroit architecture, and luncheon at the Rattlesnake Club.
