The practical, hands-on business development program helps entrepreneurs hone the skills needed to launch a successful food business. Sessions will be held on July 10, 17, 24, 31; August 7; September 4, 11, 18, 25. The program also requires six-to-nine hours of take-home work. The fee is $200. Deadline to apply is July 2.
