Hi Sylvia,

It's chilly outside but we're lighting the fire of knowledge with a host of stimulating programs.

Tuesday, February 21 at 7pm we'll be hosting author Jim Schaub, who will be showing the film "Up from the Bottoms : The Search for the American Dream" (58 minutes), as part of our Community Read Project. African American residents of Muskegon share their stories of migrating from the Old South during the war years and beyond. Enjoy some Q&A after the film. Find out more about the Community Reading Project.
