Book Club @ the Southfield Public Library
The Creecy Book Club will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. in the Meeting Room and at 7 p.m. in the Southfield Room. The book being discussed this month is Terry McMillan's "A Day Late and a Dollar Short".
Much-heralded and long awaited, Terry McMillan's tour-de-force novel introduces the Price family — matriarch Viola, her sometimes-husband Cecil and their four adult kids — each of whom sees life — and one another — through thick and thin and entirely on their own terms.
