2nd Annual International Women's Day Networking Gala (Detroit, MI) -- Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs will host the 2nd Annual International Women's Day Networking Gala on March 8, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Detroit Marriott Southfield. International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women – past, present and future. Celebrated on March 8th of each year, International Women's Day provides a unique and global opportunity to reignite, inspire and channel women's equality for the future. The International Women's Day Networking Gala is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the advancements of women including gender equality, equal rights and opportunities, access to education, and ending violence against women and girls. Last year's event sold out with over 200 attendees. Join Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs along with various partner organizations across the state as they celebrate the achievements of women in Michigan and around the world.
