Monday, April 23 at 6:30 pm Dominican University Professor and Mark Twain expert Dr. Chad Rohman, will visit Hartland to talk about the time period that Tom Sawyer was written, and the importance of keeping Twain's work fully intact. He will discuss the recent changes made to "Huck Finn" and how altering this text will affect our classics. Register - Village. Thursday, April 26 at 7:00 pm This amazing documentary film will take us on a "cavers" journey to Greenland, Yucatan and the Grand Canyon. Climbing, twisting, swimming, dropping into another world that most of us will never reach.
