EXPOSURE: Films Wanted for Online Film Festival via @thecreatedaily

One opportunity a day keeps success coming your way. Today's Opportunity Films Wanted for Online Film Festival Beneath the Earth is an online film festival that was created out of the idea that the Internet has given new power to influence what content gets consumed and who gets noticed. We've already seen it happen in music, where musicians are discovered through the followings they create online. And now we'd like to see it happen for film and use this new power to shine the light on the little guy who's created something beautiful but hasn't been able to cut through the red Hollywood tape. Submission categories are: Feature Film (over 60 minutes, all genres) Narrative Short (under 60 minutes, all genres) Documentary Short (under 60 minutes, all genres) Animated Short (under 60 minutes, all genres) Music Video (music video under 15 minutes, all genres) Experimental Short (under 60 minutes, all genres) Beneath the Earth accepts films produced in 1990 through 2012. A Best Film and Audience Award is given out in each category. The Best Film is determined by Grand Jury vote while the Audience Award is determined by public vote.   The Grand Jury also determines a Best Film Overall Award winner across categories, who will receive a $1000 cash award. All winners, both Best Film and Audience Award winners, will receive the opportunity to have their film reviewed by the Grand Jury, which includes actress Gabourey Sidibe and Variety writer Marc Graser.
